Five Star Diamond Award
The American Academy of Hospitality Sciences is governed by a Board of Internationally Remowned Trustees. Headquartered in New York City, formed in 1989. The Board oversees the decision to recognize and reward exemplary establishments and organizations world wide for their outstanding commitment to the hospitality within their catergory and classification. The recipients are then notified of their selection into the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences and the International Star Diamond Award is presented. Casa Rolandi won this award in 1999, 2000 and 2001.
